How Our Tutoring Process Works
At IBMeta, we support students and families from many educational backgrounds. Each student has different goals, challenges, and learning needs.
Our process usually starts with a detailed conversation with the student and parents. We discuss academic performance, objectives, scheduling availability, and areas where support is needed.
After this assessment, we match the student with the tutor who best fits their profile and learning style. In some cases, we also arrange a short introductory meeting before regular lessons begin.
We value professionalism, communication, and continuity. After each lesson, tutors usually provide a short summary of the topics covered and recommend next steps. This process helps families stay informed and supports the student’s long-term progress.
Many families are still learning about the structure and expectations of the IB programme. Because of this, we also guide parents and students throughout the process and help them better understand the programme requirements.
We discuss compensation and collaboration terms individually with each tutor. Conditions may vary depending on the subject, level of involvement, country of residence, and type of support required.
